We can help.

As highly trained and experienced gastroenterologists,
we can help diagnose and guide you through disease.

We are located on the edge of Melbourne CBD, 15 minutes from the city center. The 11, 12, 30 and 109 tram lines stop right outside our practice.

About Our Practice

We are located on the edge of Melbourne CBD. Conveniently located on Victoria Parade, between Fitzroy and East Melbourne. We are a 10 minute walk from Parliament station and also serviced by trams number 11, 12, 30 and 109. Ample parking is available on Victoria Parade and the surrounding streets.

A valid referral from a GP is necessary to obtain a Medicare rebate on the consultation fees, but otherwise not essential. Fees, rebates and the role of medical insurance with procedures are common questions that we can clarify over the phone.

We have two medical secretaries and a part-time qualified nurse to assist with appointments and to help you through the diagnostic and treatment process. We also have access to a highly-qualified dietitian to support patient healthcare.

Dr. Suresh Sivanesan

Dr Suresh Sivanesan completed his undergraduate medical degree at the University of Melbourne. His speciality training in gastroenterology and hepatology was completed in Australia.
